SIDUS Solutions’ SS350 heavy-duty subsea rotator assembly is a powerful robotic positioning device delivering accurate positioning performance.

Users have the option of 3 operating depth configurations: up to 100 feet (30 meters) air-filled, up to 10,000 feet (3000 meters) with internal compensation, and up to 20,000 feet (6000 meters) with external compensation.

Within a small footprint, you are able to position heavy loads with ease and high accuracy. Like the SS109, the SS350 heavy-duty rotator offers dependability and ease of maintenance.  The system integration of DC stepper motors, extremely low backlash harmonic drives, and precision ball bearings turn this rotator into a unique modular motor assembly.

This workhorse offers impressive torque ratings up to 65 ft-lbs. securely locked into the corrosion-resistant, one-piece underwater housing. The SS350 subsea heavy-duty rotator’s distinctive modular design simplifies field repair to using only small hand tools.

Modifications can be made to include feedback circuits and limit switches for applications where rotational information is vital. Optional Position Limits:   +/-170˚ (other configurations available)
