SIDUS Solutions, LLC, a leader in underwater and hazardous area surveillance and security products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jorge Alcazar “Pumba” as the company’s new Strategic Sales and Business Development Manager.
Pumba brings extensive expertise in technical consulting, project management, and business development. As a United States Navy Special Operations Veteran, he offers over 25+ years of leadership and executive experience in advanced technology Integration and program management for commercial, federal, and Department of Defense initiatives. He is highly skilled in corporate account operations, business forecasting, and building strategic relationships through trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements. His ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures successful outcomes in complex environments.
In his new role, Jorge will focus on expanding SIDUS’ business presence in the Unmanned Maritime System (UMS) region, strengthening the company’s local footprint and enhancing regional support. His deep industry knowledge aligns perfectly with SIDUS’ mission to be the trusted partner for situational awareness—whether Topside or Subsea, Inspection or Surveillance—new products have already started development and will become integrated solutions that meet the most demanding industry requirements.
